Yes, we offer custom tents. The process begins with a site visit to assess the location’s characteristics, take measurements, and photographs. With this information, we create a 2D blueprint of the tent, which is then used to develop a material cut plan, along with any specific features requested by the client. Once the initial payment is made, we commence manufacturing and arrange for shipping.
How long does it take to manufacture and deliver a custom tent?
Manufacturing time depends on the design’s complexity. Delivery times vary between two to three weeks for air shipments and around a month for sea transport. These timelines are calculated from the day the initial payment of 70% of the tent’s total value is made.
Do you offer installation and dismantling services? How long does it take to set up a typical tent?
Yes, we provide installation and dismantling services for both rentals and sales. Installation times generally range between 3 and 5 hours.
What types of materials do you use in constructing the tents? Are they weather-resistant?
We use only the highest quality materials. Our tents are fully waterproof, UV-resistant, and fire-resistant, complying with all international safety and fire regulations, making them perfect for all types of weather.
